No need to do anything on the back of the bumper, you can install the plate frame from outside, they are 4 plastics that do the job, ask them from the local Porsche dealer, you open holes on the bumper , put those plastics in the holes and then you screw the plate frame on them by using the correct screws from the dealer again!
